  1. For Cassava.
  2. 300 gr cassava - peeled and cut into small pieces.
  3. 1 pinch himalayan salt.
  4. 5-6 tbsp sugar / honey/xylitol.
  5. 1 pandan leaves (optional) - you can change with vanilla essence.
  6. 100 ml milk.
  7. For coconut sauce.
  8. 250 ml coconut milk.
  9. 100 ml milk - or change water/milk alternate such as hazelnut milk.
  10. 100 gr sugar.
  11. 1 pinch himalayan salt.
  12. 1 Pandan leaves (optional, you can change with vanilla essence).
  13. 2 tbsp cornflour (mixed with cold water).

  5. You can put this in fridge and eat them cold in summer, or warm them up and eat them warm in winder. Totally up to you :).
