  2. Add the seasonings and fry for another minute. Add the lentils and mix well. Pour in the broth and bring to the boil. Turn then the heat down and simmer, covered for 20- 25 min..
  3. Now blend everything. Add some more water if the soup is too thick for you. Add some more turmeric for the colour if you like and season again. If you like you can garnish with som leek,parsley and chilli flakes. Enjoy <3.
