  6. 1/2 red bell pepper diced.
  7. 1/2 green bell pepper diced.
  8. 1/2 yellow bell pepper diced.
  9. 1 onion diced.
  10. 1 tbsp cornflour, dissolved in water.
  11. to taste Salt.
  12. 1 tsp black pepper.
  13. 1 tsp white pepper.
  14. 1 tbsp soya sauce.
  15. 1 tbsp chilli garlic tomato sauce.
  16. 1 tbsp olive oil.

  1. Boil soya nuggets in enough water. Strain and run it quickly under tap water. Keep aside. Make sure water is drained completely..
  2. Take a pan, on a medium heat, put oil. Add ginger, garlic, jalepenos. cook for 5 mins. Then on a high heat add onions, bell peppers, salt, pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, chilli sauce. Add dissolved cornflour and stir for 2 mins..
  3. Add soya chunks in it on high heat. Mix well, adjust spices and sauces..
  4. Serve with rice or on its own..
