Ingredients of Veg Pasta :

  1. 1 cup Pasta (any shape).
  2. Water-as required.
  3. Salt-as required.
  4. 3 tsp Oil.
  5. 1 Medium Size Onion chopped.
  6. 2 Green chillies slit.
  7. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste.
  8. 1 Small Tomato chopped.
  9. 1/4 cup chopped Carrot.
  10. 1/4 cup chopped Beans.
  11. 1/4 cup Peas.
  12. 1/2 tsp Chilli powder.
  13. 1/4 tsp Garam Masala.
  14. 2 tsp Tomato Sauce.
  15. 1 tsp Fresh Cream.
  16. Coriander leaves few.

Veg Pasta instructions :

  1. In a currypan add the pasta, water and 1 tsp Oil. Let it cook for 10 mins till the pasta gets cooked..
  2. Once it's cooked, drain the water and add some cold water to it and drain it. Keep aside..
  3. In another currypan, add the vegetables, water and some salt. Cover and cook for 10 mins till the vegetables gets cooked..
  4. In a sautepan, add 2 tsp Oil. Once the oil gets heat, add onions and green chillies. Saute till onions becomes translucent..
  5. Then add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2 mins in medium flame..
  6. Add tomatoes and saute till it becomes mushy..
  7. Add cooked vegetables, chilli powder and garam masala. Saute for 2 mins..
  8. Then add tomato sauce and fresh cream, mix well for a minute. Then add cooked pasta and some salt, mix well..
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves. Now it's ready to serve..
