  2. 1 Small Tin or 210g of Chickpea.
  3. 1/2 Green Bell Pepper(Sliced).
  4. 1 Large Red Onions(Sliced).
  5. 2 Jumbo Mushrooms(Sliced).
  6. 1 Medium Sized Leeks(Chopped).
  7. 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika and Dried Chives.
  8. 40 g Fresh Marjoram Leaves.
  9. 2 Tbsp Tomato Pesto.
  10. 1 Tsp Light Soy Sauce.
  11. Seasoning (Salt&Pepper).
  12. 1 Avocado.

  1. Prep all ingredients i.e vegetables. And drain the beans mix and chickpea..
  2. Sauté Leeks with the smoked paprika and marjoram. Then add the remaining vegs and simmer for 10mins. Add Tom Pesto mixed with the light soy sauce and chives. Season and simmer for further 5 mins on medium heat.
