  3. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  4. 3/4 tsp tumeric, 1/4 tsp garam masala.
  5. 2 liters chicken stock.
  6. juice of 1 lime.
  7. 2 tbsp olive oil.
  8. 1/2 pack egg noodles.
  9. 12-15 chicken meatballs shallow fried.
  10. to taste salt.

  2. Once the water starts boiling add in your egg noodles. Allow them to cook through. let it simmer, add in your meat balls, lemon juice, garam masala and salt. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Your soup is ready.
