  1. 1 Handful of Spinich.
  2. 1 tsp Feta Cheese.
  3. 5 Kalamata Olives (sliced).
  4. 1 Chicken Breast.
  5. 1 tbsp Lemon Juice.
  6. 1 tbsp Olive Oil.

Healthy Greek Chicken Salad instructions :

  1. Sprinkle some salt and pepper onto the chicken and place in a mini grill.
  2. While cooking toss together spinach leaves and sliced olives.
  3. When chicken is cooked slice up and place on top of salad and season with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Top with some feta cheese (this is a must!).
