  13. 2 1/2 cup water.
  14. 1 tsp Salt.
  15. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder.
  16. Red chilli flakes (1/2 tbsp).
  17. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.
  18. 1 tsp Garam masala.
  19. 1 tsp Chaat masala.
  20. Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp.
  21. Coriander for garnish.

  1. Collect all the lentils and pulses.
  2. Collect the spices.
  3. 1 onion 1 tomato 1 green chilli.
  4. Mix all the lentils.
  5. Soak the lentils in water..
  6. In a pot heat oil..
  7. Add cumin seeds and garlic paste.
  8. Now add onions and stir fry..
  9. Add tomatoes and green chilli..
  10. When pasty and spices and mix well..
  11. Mix well.
  12. Now add mixed lentils..
  13. Mix well.
  14. Add water and cook on low flame..
  15. When done garnish with coriander..
