Ingredients of Spicy Healthy Haddock :

  1. 2 lrg chunky pieces of haddock.
  2. 8 stems of Asparagus.
  3. 2 long chunky carrots cut into strips.
  4. 2 garlic cloves.
  5. 1 lrg leek.
  6. 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce.
  7. salt and pepper.
  8. 2 tbsp chopped parsly and coriander.
  9. 1 knob butter.

Spicy Healthy Haddock step by step :

  1. Pre heat oven to 180. Get all your veg ready, quickly par boil the Asparagus and then pop into cold water, do the same with the carrots,.
  2. In a pan fry your garlic and leek with a knob of butter..
  3. Pop your leeks in a oven tray and put your fish on top and your veg next to it. Add 1/2 the sweet chilli and bake for about 18mins..
  4. Plate up your fish and veg and then add the remaining sweet chilli and sprinkle with the fresh herbs, Enjoy x.
