  14. 4 brioche buns (store bought or homemade, there is a recipe on the app*).

  16. 2 large or 4 small pickles, sliced.

Pulled pork has traditionally been a slow affair to get tender meat, basically all day like with our Slow Cooker Pulled Pork or in a smoker outdoors.   4. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning to suit your taste..
  5. Take your pulled pork and put it in with the hot BBQ sauce..
  6. Warm the pork through over the heat..
  7. Place the pickle slices in the brioche buns, then spoon in the BBQ pulled pork..
  8. *The recipe titled 'Brioche1' and while it is vague and ends abruptly before telling you how to bake it, you can follow it (I would suggest you use a stand mixer with a dough hook to 'stir' the dough, and cook it at 200C for 30-35 minutes)..
