Ingredients of Potato Salad :

  1. 6 Potatoes (Irish).
  2. 2 Eggs.
  3. 3 large Carrots.
  4. 4 pieces Green beans.
  5. 2 small Green peppers.
  6. Mayonnaise.
  7. pinch Salt.

Potato Salad instructions :

  1. Peel and cut potatoes,carrots, green beans and cook together with peas and eggs untill soft..
  2. Add cold water to wash away the starch and drain in a colander, transfer into a bowl add mayonnaise,diced eggs and chopped green peppers. Serve with rice,pasta,cous cous etc.
